while doing the semi-low carb thing last week, i learned somethings about myself:
1. i NEED change when i am dieting. mixing it up works well for me psyche.
2. i really like eating meat and veggies.
3. i want to do this longer….
so, instead of just doing semi-low carb, i think i might actually do old school, atkins induction. 20 carbs a day, meat, veggies and cheese. i think i am going to start doing a weekly picture post, i hope. maybe that will keep me a little more accountable to have a photo on the net…
so, it’s monday, i am starting atkins induction. we finally got a wii fit this weekend. did you know it weighs you and tells you how fat you are? uh huh, how’s that for motivation?
