		<description>I hear ya about re-losing weight.  I get so excited when I lose 4-5 pounds and then I slip up a little and the weight comes right back and I start all over again.  I have been losing/gaining the same 5 pounds for about  4 months.

I watched an interview with Cindy Crawford and she made a lot of sense.  She said not to diet because you&#039;re either always on or off of one.  And what that means is---you&#039;re either depriving yourself or eating like crazy because &quot;you&#039;re not on a diet&quot;.  She said she tries to eat 80% good, 80% of the time.  I think that&#039;s what I&#039;m going to go by.  Of course, exercise is the key.  I have been running 4 nights a week and doing squats and crunches at home for toning.  Let&#039;s see if I will start to lose some real weight, not just keep re-losing the same 5 pounds.</description>

		<description>Glad the exercise helps you feel better.  Those DVDs look fun!  I am taking off today from exercising, cause I just have a busy day and I am really sore.  Did tons of yard work yesterday... after doing my leg workout!  Aagh!  Brought good snacks and lunch to work.  It will be harder without having exercised this morning.

I experienced the worst depression after Ryan was born when I had to go back to work.  It was really hard.  It is just one of those things you have to get through.  You know you can call me if you need to.

Update-  I don&#039;t think I have lost any more pounds.  I think building muscle is causing my weight to even out.  This does not upset me for some reason.  I was really enjoying watching those numbers go down.  I feel good, though.  Am in a pretty good morning routine.  I get up between 5:30 and 6:00, depending on what excercise I am doing that day.  Also, big news...  I ran my 5K Sat!  It was seriously the biggest physical accomplishment of my life.  I am still on a high from it.  Can&#039;t believe I did that!  

We will talk soon.  Keep your chin up!</description>
