meals and moves

this page will be for my meal plans and exercise.

7-9-08:

i am already missing some meals b/c it has been nuts here:

Lunch: turkey sandwich, water

mid afternoon: protein shake

dinner: portion of steak, portion of brown rice, portion salad with balsamic vin. and evoo

mid evening: portion of cottage cheese and an apple

moves: bikini ready fast dvd

07-10-08

bf: protein shake

midm: apple, string cheese, water

l: turkey sandwich, water

midm: cottage cheese, blueberries, water

dinner: portion grilled chicken, asparagus, brown rice, water

midm: not sure yet, but probably another shake…

moves: today i will do bikini ready fast or the firm, since i did not get too it yesterday!

7-11-08

bf: 1 egg, lf cheese, portion wheat bread

midm: cottage cheese and yogurt

lunch: turkey sandwich

midm: luna bar??

dinner: chicken fajita, wheat tortilla, peppers and onions, water

midm: protein shake

7-15-08

b: vanilla protein shake, made with water and blueberries

snack: string cheese and fruit

l: turkey sand.

mid: hardboiled egg, fruit

dinner: something from eating for life cookbook

mid: choc. protein shake with 1 tbs natural pb

7-16-08

we have no food in the house. today will be a hard one!

b: oatmeal and 1 scrambled egg

mid: shake

l: tuna salad on lettuce and blueberries (on the side, not mixed, ick)

mid: no idea

d: grilled chicken, ww spaghetti, marinara, sauted veggies

mid: cottage cheese and yogurt

    after 12 weeks, i make new goals, for my weight, fitness and body fat%. and i can look at what is working with my workouts, or how i need to step it up.
